It's good for some people. I heard that the salary is good. Good onsite opportunity. Many of my friends are settled in usa and European who went there via cognizant. Pure IT services company. **What do you dislike about Cognizant?** I understand it's not a retirement company. I don't know if anyone continue to work for long. Even their oldest working employees are kicked out during every reason . **Recommendations to others considering Cognizant:** Good to work for short term financial gain or onsite opportunity. **What problems is Cognizant solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly into fintech. Most customer are from USA and few from Europe. Some operations in pharma industry IT support. Not a domain specialist company but mostly into fintech IT support. ### 2.
