What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

I would definitely like to see 2 things:

1. Being able to show from the entries page, who makes updates depending on who is logged in. It would be great to track that info.

2. Being able to inject my own CSS for the aesthetics of the form.

Sometimes there is a lag (~20 minutes) when I submit a response in Cognito Forms and when Power Automate is able to retrieve information from Cognito. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

We use Cognito for internal and outreach purposes. We found an excellent use for it. The ability to hide some questions for later internal completion is a great addition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

I'm not too fond of the lack of connection to other apps, mainly to Monday.com, because we needed to give follow-ups to the forms in a better way. i would like to see those integrations be part of the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

Easy to use, drag-and-drop method of creating complicated forms, great support team. I like that Cognito is open to people of multiple levels of computer understanding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Uses a programming language that is not super intuitive, but most situations can be handled without coding. We dislike that there is a storage limit since we use Cognito to collect photos which take up file space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

I most like how customizable forms are - there are ample fonts and styles to choose from and therefore this product does not require special coding in order to approximate brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

It is so simple to use. Anyone can create these forms. Their security is top-notch (which is what I need). Also, by using Cognito Forms; I have saved so much money by not requiring more expensive (and more complicated) products that others in my field have resorted to using. What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

Nothing now! When I initially started with them, I wanted them to use multifactor authentication. It took them some time, but now they have it. They really are perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a great product, and it has been so helpful for my business. Cognito Forms is easy to use and is highly versatile. What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

The formatting options are pretty advanced for a solution of this type. Other solutions assessed could not format a survey onto one page or create any hierarchy in questions asked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

My only challenge with Cognito Forms is that you need to plan for erroneous entries. I would suggest testing your survey several times with many variations before going live to ensure you have thought of all possible responses and planned accordingly if you are attempting to output clean data without any intervention. Recommendations to others considering Cognito Forms:

Plan to build in for variables and long-term use for multiple projects or clients, as an example. Build-in identifier questions so that you can maintain one data set for the survey over time. Test surveys and attempt to break before pushing out so that you have identified any issues which may arise. i.e., a skipped question and how that impacts your downloaded data set. What problems is Cognito Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?

Staff satisfaction surveys and Interview Feedback Questionnaires have been our primary use so far. The consistency in survey setup and, subsequently, the responses has been very beneficial.
