I think it is very easy to use, especially for people who may not know computers well. It has allowed me to run my business in a way that makes me look and feel extra professional. The performance of the software is quick. The pricing, while it may be more than I want to spend monthly, is worth it. The support is great. It has AI help to create new forms.
