"Dynamic, Flexible Forms with Seamless Zapier Integration."
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

The ability to easily create dynamic forms. I like how you can create forms that can expand or contract based on what the user is answering. The ability to integrate the forms into where-ever you want. We also use Zapier to port form information into other areas of our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

The only thing I miss with Cognito Forms is the ability to proof email addresses. In a form I can enter an email address and have Cognito Forms send that address a copy of the form. The only problem I have have is if the email address is incorrect, there is no feedback to such and therefore the form gets emailed to nowhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

4/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

Cognito Forms is easy to use and highly customizable, making it simple to create professional-looking forms without any technical expertise. The workflow automation, payment integration, and data collection features help streamline processes, reduce manual work, and keep everything organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

As usage grows, managing a large number of forms and entries can start to feel cumbersome and harder to keep organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to Use and Crucial for Data Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

I like the ease of use in Cognito Forms. The user interface is one of the best I've experienced, making setting up and editing our application easy and straightforward. The platform is also easy to customize for our needs. The price point is nice considering the features available. Any customer service we've needed over the years has been helpful and nice. Additionally, I know the initial setup was reported to be easy and straightforward, and it went smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

Honestly, there's not much that we would change with Cognito Forms. Two factor authentication, while obviously a nice security feature, has been a challenge for us in the past given that we have multiple staff members who use the platform. But I get that. Also, while probably not something that could be changed, we would benefit from having the ability to automatically pull the information into other data capturing platforms. "Intuitive Form Design, Streamlined Workflows"
4/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

I love that Cognito Forms allows me to send clients a quick link to complete important documents, which streamlines the work for me as a small business owner. I appreciate being able to design the forms myself, and it's pretty intuitive. Adding a signature line and the guidance to create documents are features I find really useful. The ability not to use multiple channels, documents, and workflows to achieve less paper and hassle for both me and my clients is also a big plus. Switching to Cognito Forms from Jot Forms was a good decision because it was better and allowed us to achieve our goals. The initial setup was pretty easy too, which made the transition smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

I would like more templates available for my current plan so I don't feel like I have to start forms from scratch. Also, more directives on forms for HR professionals would be great. It would be beneficial if Cognito Forms could attach to my website and collect payment, which I'm not sure is possible at my price point. I still need to learn more about the tool. "Customizable, User-Friendly, but Lacks Visual Feedback Tools"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

I use Cognito Forms for my professional teaching association, and I like how it makes things easy by eliminating the need for paper-based forms. It's great for collecting information and analyzing it easily. I appreciate that it's customizable, allowing forms to mimic paper-based forms with lots of functionality and structure. Its ease of use is a standout for me, as people find it familiar and easy to use when electronic forms look like paper ones. I also like that you can change the size of fields to avoid wasting space on the screen. Things can be grouped together easily, which adds to its utility. Previously, I used tools like SurveyMonkey and Microsoft Forms, but found that Cognito Forms has a lot more functionality. Setting it up was fairly straightforward and logical for creating and building forms, making simple solutions quite easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

Probably the only thing is when you're using it for feedback forms, it doesn't create visuals like charts and things like that. So it's not great for collecting feedback in a way that visualizes the responses as some survey platforms do. But it's not specifically designed for this, so the lack of this feature is understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Email Delivery and WordPress Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

The forms are easy to setup and offer lots of input options for different types of forms. As a web agency, I especially like that the email delivery is so reliable. The forms can be integrated into our WordPress websites, without having to worry about SMTP issues. Most of our customers use the free option, however the paid options offer some very useful features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

The only issue that I have come across is with the free version of Cognito. During the build process, I prefer to setup the account using my own email. That way I don't have to bother the customer by asking for access. However there is no way to 'handover' the free account to the customer without purchasing a paid plan. "Highly Adaptable and Efficient Form Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

I use Cognito Forms for work, and it handles our daily workload submissions like appraisals, contracts, and application forms. The system is highly adaptable, making it easy to manage and update tasks efficiently. What I like the most is the ability to generate and send a secure link directly to the counterparty, allowing them to quickly and easily complete the required details themselves. This feature is valuable as it reduces my workload and enables us to carry out compliance checks more efficiently without the need to write on paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

An improvement to the system could be the ability to save and remember contact details for participants, allowing required documents and links to be sent more quickly and efficiently. This would require manually re-entering information each time, streamline communication, and improve overall workflow efficiency when managing repeat or ongoing contracts. "Insert Fields and Lookups Need Work"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

The ability to auto populate fields with information (calculated fields, loopups, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

No undo button

The Insert Field function needs to be searchable or able to type out the Insert Field link as opposed to having to click from the drop down list. At the very least, it needs a scroll bar or to better show which form the list of Fields is coming from. I have long forms with complex connections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"AI Help Bot and Quick Preview Make Updates a Breeze"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

I really like the AI help bot, and I appreciate that I can hit Preview after making updates to quickly check how everything looks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

I wish I could customize the form's look a bit more. For example, a video background with music would be cool. I also would like to be able to change the color of the selection cards. It's a little monotonous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Connected Forms with Flexible Second-View Reviews"
5/5
What do you like best about Cognito Forms?

I like the possibility to create connected forms, and to create second-view reviews for only certain items rather than for the entire questionnaire. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognito Forms?

At the moment, nothing particularly relevant comes to mind. The form-building phase is a bit longer than in other systems (e.g., Google Forms), but the forms are so powerful that this feels like a minor issue. I still need to explore the reporting phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
