Sorry to hear about your issues. Since this post is anonymous, I can not track any communication in our systems about you.

What I can tell you is that we offer individual support and training to all our customers (big or small) as well as respond to all the inquiries we receive. We treat our customers with high respect, as it can be seen in all the other positive reviews on G2Crowd.

Regarding a possible charge that you mention. Our system is automatic and bills you every month. In the first month, you are sent a notification five days before the first billing.

The refund policy is for the first 14 days since you open a paid account.

Content Optimization. Allows me to evaluate kw's and competition and then create more relevant content Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Use of credits. Confusing. Easy to burn through them. Doesn't save work when optimizing content so if you have to come back to it and you are logged out you're starting all over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding the Content Optimization Tool, I would like to let you know that soon we are planning on adding the things that you recommended here.

You will have the ability to save the documents so that you can later get back to them and optimize where you left on.

What do you like best about cognitiveSEO?

I use cognitive SEO on a daily basis. The competitive link analysis is great. It also has the ability to check broken/bad links. You can set up campaigns and follow all the links that your client currently has or has lost. You can follow competitors back links as well. Being able to find unlinked brand mentions for your brand.

With the competitive analysis you can compare your site to competitors and see what common domains you share and where your competitors may have links that you do not. It also shows places where your competitors may have content published.

Another feature is the back link explorer. You can enter any website and see all the back links for that website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about cognitiveSEO?

The load time when adding competitors to campaigns can take some time, which can be a pain. Only being able to add a certain number of competitors per campaign, unless you buy the premium version of the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
