I appreciate Cognisys for their professional and helpful team, especially during the internal audit. Their team conducted interviews and reviewed documents with professionalism, which we really valued. The penetration test they conducted was very impressive due to the technical depth and thoroughness, exposing issues even we missed. Ankita, the internal audit leader, did an excellent job managing the internal audit process. Also, the package price that included a 30-day consultation and internal audit was reasonable. Rajveer who did the pentest was also especially good. We found their knowledge of the ISO 27001 process invaluable in helping us attain our certification, a necessary step for our enterprise deals. I use Cognisys to help me achieve an ISO 27001 certification, and they absolutely streamline our certification process. They knew exactly what aspects of the certification might cause issues and helped us resolve them. It was a very good team engagement and they were very knowledgeable, which eventually led us to achieve certification. I find their expertise very valuable, as they not only understand ISO 27001 but also the typical perspective from the auditor, which is extremely helpful. They were also able to generate some early stage documents that were extremely useful for us to build our portfolio of policies. They have been very prompt and helpful, especially in figuring out how to best contextualize compliance requirements with our business context. Their expertise is deep, and they demonstrate deep empathy with us and the stage of our journey. We've thrown a ton of questions and clarifications at them, and they've always been prompt, precise, and helpful. Their focus on pointing out every detail that matters and showing how we can use Vanta's features to reduce the burden of compliance substantially is something I truly appreciate.
