Having expert advice at hand is invaluable. With few exceptions, they are able to answer our questions when there is something we are unsure of. Our primary objective is to get us prepared and through the ISO 27001 audit every year. Cognisys' plans seemingly only support pre-audit support or an annual plan. We are forced to choose the latter as we want support during the audit. However, the post-audit support is not something we value hugely.
