What do you like best about Cognigy.AI?

As a non-developer, I tried the free Cognigy Academy courses and played with the low code engine. It is enjoyable and easy to use. Of course... if you want to use the full functionality you need some insights into coding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of learning, integration with multiple messaging platforms, including integration with the largest RPA tools on the market such as UiPath and Automation Anywhere Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cognigy.AI?

Does not support an extensive workflow, it is necessary to split the workflow into several different files Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
