Cognavi is a skill-based campus hiring platform for companies that hire engineering graduates in India. Instead of screening resumes, Cognavi ranks candidates on verified skills using skill tree matching, online assessments and AI video interviews, so recruiters see the best-fit freshers first. Recruiters use Cognavi to run virtual and bulk campus hiring drives across hundreds of colleges from one dashboard. Universities and placement officers (TPOs) use it to manage drives, connect students with employers and track placement outcomes. Cognavi has 412,000+ students on the platform, 14,000+ partner enterprises and 329+ partner universities across India. It is backed by Forum Engineering Inc. of Japan and also helps Indian engineering graduates build careers in Japan.
