I appreciate Coggno's vast course library which offers options to purchase courses across different languages, making it really beneficial for compliance training in our Factory/DC department. I also like the support, as they are always very quick to respond and happy to connect face to face to find a solution when needed. It's seamless to integrate the trainings into our personal learning management system for tracking. I like Coggno's accessibility across users. It's really helpful to have employees in different physical locations and still be able to easily send them courses and explain everything without being physically present. I also enjoy being able to create different employee groups for different locations. The price was lower with Coggno compared to other training videos, which was a motivation for me to switch. I appreciate that Coggno serves as an excellent tool for training videos, particularly for the yearly sexual harassment review, where it effectively helps employees remember the policy. The training is not only thorough but is enhanced by visual examples and detailed explanations, further clarifying the protocol and disciplinary actions that could result from infringements. Moreover, it's advantageous to have the training available in multiple languages and versions tailored for both employees and managers. The ease of use and the short, concise videos save valuable time during production by getting straight to the point. Initially setting up Coggno was a breeze, which adds to its appeal. Overall, everything works great, and I am highly satisfied with its performance, as evidenced by my willingness to recommend it highly, scoring it a 10 out of 10.
