The ticketing system is proactive and engineers have been easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Cogent Communications? The provisioning teams appear completely disconnected from the sales team. I have worked with other telecom companies and Cogent cannot seem to understand the process - even in data centers where they already have a significant presence. It has taken multiple emails for me to explain to our provisioning project manager what he should already know - this is standard, repeatable stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
