**What do you like best about CoFigure Kudos?**

Appreciating co-workers when they do a great job is the best way to keep folks motivated. I like that this is public and everyone knows the Kudos given to others. 

**What do you dislike about CoFigure Kudos?**

I would like if this is integrated with social media

**What problems is CoFigure Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Encouraging folks by giving them kudos for a job well done really helps in better employee morale
