It's hard to find a negative point because it's a simple yet effective way to connect our employees. Perhaps it's the fact that you can only pause coffee breaks as an organization and not as an individual employee. But I think they are already working on that. Crewting helps our colleagues to connect regularly outside of their usual business meetings. The feedback from our team is great and we definitely feel that it boosts team morale.
