**What do you like best about Cofense Reporter?**

Pricing was very good, customer service is great. Creating campaigns was easy to do.

**What do you dislike about Cofense Reporter?**

There were a lot of issues with the management of the platform, some automation issues along with Cofense going through a change in the UI and some things are still on the legacy side. The button for reporting is not reliable - it causes clients to crash at times and when we used it, the Mac version had issues.

**What problems is Cofense Reporter solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped supplement our Info Sec program and Phishing awareness.
