1. Questions has got a lot better for skills assesment and are more revelant now.

There should be option for uploading the test cases through txt files, as it will be easier for testing in case user has already wrote them in separate file, as in the codility interface typing for the test cases is somewhat difficult and consumes more time. I use codility to conduct all our interviews. The ease of use to share a link and then see changes made in the url in real time is really good for interviewing, as an interviewer as well as an interviewee.
