Codex is an applicant tracking system for small businesses that hire hourly staff and hire often. Codex replaces paper applications and emailed resumes with one link you can put on your website or your job ads. Every applicant lands in the same place, so you can see who applied and where they stand without digging through an inbox. You and your managers leave notes on candidates while reviewing them, and those notes stay attached to the person after you hire them. The next time you are staffing up, you still have the history. Built for owners and operators who run hiring themselves, without an HR department or a recruiter. Restaurants, security companies, cleaning services, home services, and anyone else where turnover is a fact of life and the same names come back season after season. Set up a custom application in minutes, ask the questions that actually matter for the role, and share one link anywhere you post.
