What do you like best?
The technical support rendered by Adrian and his team at the pre-sales stage was incredibly professional and prompt. The person assisting with my organisation, Mr Adrian Malyjurek, was extremely helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. His personalized follow-up allowed my organisation to have a very smooth trial of the CodeTwo Exchange Pro and CodeTwo Signatures for Office365, resulting in the adoption of this tool. 5 Stars for the support team.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing I can nitpick of CodeTwo's team - neither in support, nor product.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Go ahead and do a pilot first.
Then once the trial is good, continue the trial for all before buying.
These guys are great so have no fear.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The standardisation of the signatures across the Asia region was successfully and easily resolved with CodeTwo's tools. Management of email signatures, even with logos, disclaimers and formatting (in multiple languages including English, Traditional + Simplified Chinese, Korean and Japanese) have proved a much easier journey.
