Currently, there are no points that significantly bother me in daily use. First of all, the entire onboarding process – from creating an account to creating and activating signatures – is very well described and very intuitive. For almost all problems, you can already find linked tutorials on YouTube. Creating signatures is very easy even for beginners, whether you use templates or create them completely yourself. Setting up the sending rules is also wonderfully uncomplicated and explained step by step.

You can also reach support very quickly, and you get very helpful answers. Since we are still in the testing phase, I can't really assess the price-performance ratio at the moment, but the offers initially seem fair to me. The signatures are attached flawlessly; however, there are occasionally still problems with the display of images. However, I am sure that support will sort this out.

Equally practical is that the automatic signature is attached when I am out of the office and only writing from my phone. I love not having to worry about showing my clients how to add their signatures manually. It is also nice to know that all of the signatures are uniform and give a more professional look. Can't really think of anything to dislike to be honest. If I had to complain about anything it would be that some clients do not understand the cons of using images in their signature but that really has nothing to do with the the CodeTwo product. For me personally, it can be somewhat cumbersome creating signature templates from scratch for some of my clients, but the CodeTwo support team is always there to assist if needs be. My only challenge was inheriting an existing implementation without being involved in the original setup, which made it difficult to understand some aspects of the configuration initially. What I really love about Code Two Email Signatures is that is that perfectly blends the simplicity of being able to setup and maintain but doesn't compromise on customization. Too often there are limitations on what a platform provides or allows because it could be viewed as being difficulty or overwhelming to deal with.

It integrates really easily with Microsoft and the overall performance is amazing in terms of making changes with almost instantaneous effect, and it's just incredibly reliable - you can set it and forget it.

Pricing is a no-brainer on this one. Do we factor that in? Yes, absolutely - but it's also just at a point where we ask ourselves, "Why wouldn't we? Look at what it does!"

Support is the big factor. Don't even worry about it with CodeTwo - you're not dealing with the frustration of an AI chat pop, you're getting an actual specialist who reaches out (and quick), and coupled with detail documentation on their website that really walks you through not only the setup but also possible issues you may face (and how to correct them.
