"Centralized Email Signatures That Keep Branding Consistent"

What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

The fact that we can centralize the customization our email signatures is a big help for us to maintain branding throughout our entire staff. We also use it to add marketing banners below our email signatures which is always good to have. Lastly, the one-click survey is a game changer for our client satisfaction KPIs. What problems is CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are two:

1. Streamlining the branding and design for all our staff. Before, we couldn't control some staff users who don't follow our standard email signature.

2. Client Retention - because of CodeTwo's one-click survey, we were able to mitigate any rising client issues before they switch to another company because they were able to raise their dissatisfaction earlier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Central signature management for uniform CI – flexible and without much effort"

What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

The great advantage in my eyes is the central distribution within the organization, the ability to generate different signatures for different departments, as well as the implementation of a uniform corporate identity externally, which can always be easily adjusted to suit the topic.

At the same time, I would like to mention the prompt and very competent support that assisted us during the setup, as there are indeed email providers where it didn't fit right away, but this was due to a setting on our part.

What problems is CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our problem in the past was that we fundamentally dictated how the signature should look, but everyone let a bit of their individuality flow into it. Font and image size, font color, positioning of the specifications, differences for internal and external, etc. Now we have everything centralized in one place and present ourselves holistically. It did take me a bit to understand how to set it up (the platform was very user friendly - I just didn't fully understand it all). However, customer service was able to walk me through it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are now able to have consistency with all of our signatures company wide! We have also been able to keep up with keeping everyone's information current since we are easily able to update it rather than having to wait for employees to do it on their own. What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

The service is very stable and the signatures look perfect on all devices. What I liked most is their support team; they are incredibly helpful and fast. Sometimes I get lost between the many options while making edits, but I think it’s just a learning curve since I’m still getting used to it. Once you spend some time with it, everything becomes clear and logical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We struggled with Microsoft's native signature limitations, especially the strict character limit for HTML code which made it hard to create professional designs. Most of our team ended up using image-based signatures, leading to inconsistent sizes and a very unpolished look for the company. CodeTwo solved this by allowing us to deploy high-quality, consistent HTML signatures across the entire organization. What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

We have been using Code2 for a number of years and the solution has always been fast and responsive with very little downtime that has affected us. Anytime we need support or any advice the team there have always been happy to help and fast to respond. The functionality of having it on mobiles as well as outlook has been great and being able to see what signature that is going to be inserted to the email instead of having it applied once the email has gone. What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

The only issues we have is not the ability to have a invoice for the service and having to pay on card having more variety of payment options would go a long way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Giving the ability to users to have many standardised signatures and giving the user the ability to select and visually see in the email the signature they are going to be sending both in outlook and mobiles.
