"Effortless Branded Emails with CodeTwo Email Signatures"
5/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

What I like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is the level of centralised control and consistency it provides across our entire Microsoft 365 tenant. As an IT Manager, being able to manage and deploy email signatures company-wide without relying on end users to configure anything locally is a major advantage.

The integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD is seamless. Dynamic fields pull user attributes automatically, which ensures signatures are always accurate and up to date without manual intervention. The signature editor is also very intuitive, allowing us to create professional, branded signatures that render consistently across Outlook desktop, mobile clients, and Outlook on the web.

Another standout feature is the server-side processing. Signatures are applied regardless of the device or platform the user is sending from, which completely eliminates inconsistencies. From onboarding new staff to running marketing campaigns or adding compliance disclaimers, everything can be managed in one place with confidence.

Their support is responsive and in-depth, some of the best support I've used in IT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

Potential downsides include slightly higher licensing costs for small teams, and less design freedom without HTML knowledge - but not significant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Adam Aardvark of CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

Thanks so much for the great review, Richard!

We understand that while the visual editor is easy to use, it does come with some limitations – that’s why we also offer HTML source code editing for maximum flexibility. If you’re using the visual editor and feel stuck, do get in touch with us at https://www.codetwo.com/contact! Our Customer Success Team is always happy to jump in and help with signature design.

"CodeTwo - It Just Works! Effortless, Centralized Email Signatures That Look Professional Everywhere"
5/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

What we like most about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is how easy it made something that used to be frustrating and unreliable. Before CodeTwo, we relied on users manually copying and pasting signatures, which led to broken images, non-clickable links, and inconsistent formatting, especially on mobile. CodeTwo eliminated all of that. Deployment was straightforward, management is centralized, and signatures work consistently across desktop, web, and mobile without user intervention. It saves time, removes user error, and gives us confidence that every email looks professional and on brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

So far, we haven’t found anything to dislike. Implementation was easy, it works reliably across devices, and it eliminated several pain points we had with manual signature management. If anything comes up over time, it would likely be minor, but right now the experience has been entirely positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Central Signature Management with Seamless Microsoft 365 Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

What I like most is the central management. I can update signatures for everyone at once instead of having to change them user by user. The editor is straightforward to use and doesn’t require HTML, which saves time in my day-to-day work.

The integration with Microsoft 365 runs smoothly. Signatures are applied automatically no matter which device or client is used, so everything stays consistent. It also helps a lot with keeping branding and legal details current.

Another plus is the use of dynamic fields from Azure AD, so user data is populated automatically. Overall, it makes the whole process much more efficient and less error-prone.

Pricing is fair, however could be cheaper. Even if non-profit deduction applied.

Moreover, CodeTwo has a brilliant Customer Service. There is no waiting, always reachable, very friendly, absolutely supportive and fast.

Performance very reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

There are unfortunately outages on multiple occasions each year. However, customers are informed immediately every time, and the outages typically last a few hours at most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Adam Aardvark of CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

Thanks a lot for your review. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 has maintained 99.99% average uptime since launch, but there are also Microsoft outages that can affect our customers and also users who don’t even use CodeTwo software, and these are beyond our control. That said, we take reliability very seriously – we monitor the service 24/7, keep customers informed about any incidents, and work to minimize their impact as quickly as possible.

"Reliable, Centralized Outlook Signature Management with Flexible, Dynamic Templates"
5/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

Centralized signature management that works reliably across Outlook on desktop, web, and mobile. Modern, customizable signature templates that give full control over formatting. Azure AD attribute sync keeps signatures dynamic and consistently up to date. The documentation is clear, and technical support is helpful whenever it’s needed. Overall, it offers excellent control and flexibility, with both server-side and Outlook add-in options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

Real-time preview inside Outlook sometimes takes a moment to refresh with the latest template.

Would be great to have even more pre-built templates for industry‑specific use cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Adam Aardvark of CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

Hi Uttam, thanks for your review! As for the real-time preview in Outlook: changes to cloud (server-side) signatures show up instantly. For Outlook (client-side) signatures, it can take up to 15 minutes, but users can force an update manually. Here’s how: https://www.codetwo.com/userguide/email-signatures-for-office-365/addin-cache.htm#refresh-cache.

We’re also working closely with Microsoft on an improvement that significantly speeds up email signature insertion for our Add-in in Outlook on the web and the new Outlook. The change makes signatures with images appear much faster than before (with image uploads handled in the background). Microsoft plans to roll this out globally in the coming months, but they can enable this for you now. Please contact us if you’d like to have it enabled.

And if you ever need a more tailored template, our Customer Success Team (https://www.codetwo.com/contact) will be happy to help.

"Great for automating signatures and ensuring consistency across the company"
5/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

CodeTwo makes it very easy for our end users because they don't have to do anything for it to work - it's all automated! (with the cloud deployment). Creating signatures is fairly straightforward with the site and the pre-defined ones work well. Sometimes there are bugs but support is very responsive in helping to fix those bugs. Often times I will send them a signature with a bug and they'll fix it and send it back and it works perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

It can be a bit buggy sometimes when creating new signatures and utilizing the {RT} {/RT} tool but again customer support is very helpful in squashing/resolving those bugs when they do occur. Also, there are bugs inherent to the limitations of technology in general such as in our deployment you can't get signatures when sending from distribution groups. There are workarounds though that are sufficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Adam Aardvark of CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

Thanks a lot for the feedback, we really appreciate it.

Just as you wrote, in some cases what looks like a bug can come down to configuration or Microsoft 365 limitations, but our Customer Success team is always there to help sort things out. And we're open to any suggestions where we can improve - just send them over to the technicians you're working with. Thanks!

"Centralised Email Signatures for Exchange Online—Easy, Flexible, and Feature-Rich"
5/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

A centralised signature solution for our Exchange Online environment that works across all versions of Outlook, including Outlook on mobile.

In our setup, signatures are applied using the centrally deployed Outlook add-in deployed via admin.microsoft.com. This gives users immediate preview of their signature and ensures consistent behaviour across Outlook for Windows, Mac, OWA, and mobile.

The interface to design signatures is easy to use and comes with plenty of example templates. It’s also possible to edit the signature HTML code directly, which wasn’t possible with other vendors’ products.

I also like that users can customise certain parts themselves, or add additional information, by using Custom Attributes. RegEx support makes it easier to standardise or customise phone numbers.

The ability to schedule specific signatures is useful for marketing campaigns or for notifying people about an office move. It’s also helpful that you can add or remove parts of a signature based on specific conditions or Entra attributes.

From an operational perspective, the Outlook add-in has proven to be stable and reliable in day-to-day use. We’ve seen zero issues after deployment, and there has been no noticeable impact on Outlook performance or message delivery.

Pricing is clearly listed on the website, which makes it easy to evaluate the product without having to request a quote or engage in a sales process just to understand the cost.

Overall, it’s a well-documented product with useful examples and tutorial videos, and it integrates with Exchange Online in just a few clicks. The product is consistently improving with new features, and Customer Support is helpful and knowledgeable. General technical enquiries are usually answered within 1 business day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

It would be helpful to have more visibility into the roadmap for upcoming and planned features. I’d also like to see a customer forum where users can share tips and tricks with each other, and where we can submit suggestions for new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

great features, flawless onboarding, reliable operation, best support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

a little bit "old looking" design of signature editor. For me as an admin it is ok, but marketing team is pointing this out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Adam Aardvark of CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

Hi Jakub,

Thank you for the great review. We're continuously working on the editor's design, so that it is both functional and good-looking. "CodeTwo Review"
4/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

What I like most about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is how easy it is to centrally manage email signatures and automatically apply them uniformly across the entire company. This saves time, ensures a consistent appearance, and integrates seamlessly with Microsoft 365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

A disadvantage of CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is that the initial setup and configuration of advanced rules can be somewhat complex for new users. Troubleshooting the application of signatures may also require some knowledge about the email flow in Microsoft 365. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Adam Aardvark of CodeTwo Email Signatures 365

"Simple, Consistent Email Signatures"
5/5
What do you like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

I’ve been using CodeTwo Email Signatures and it’s been a really positive experience overall. It makes managing email signatures across the business much simpler, especially with Microsoft 365. I like how everything can be controlled centrally, so there’s no need to rely on individuals setting up their own signatures correctly.

The editor is easy to use, and it’s straightforward to create clean, professional designs that match our branding. It’s also great that signatures are applied automatically, even when emails are sent from mobile devices, so everything stays consistent.

Overall, it’s a reliable and user-friendly solution that’s made a noticeable difference in keeping our email communications looking professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?

The initial setup can be a bit complex, especially if you’re not very familiar with Exchange or Microsoft 365 configurations. It took a bit of time to get everything working the way I wanted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
