I like how CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 helped me streamline the signature process with its easy-to-use templates. The connection to our Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Exchange servers allows it to automatically select the correct template based on user data. I appreciate the automatization as it picks the right template depending on the branch, department, and whether it's an internal or external email. The designer is very friendly, and I like the ability to select which users will have signatures and which won't. Previously, creating and managing signatures was a pain, requiring manual selection in Outlook. Now, everything is automated and server-sided. The setup was very easy, taking less than half an hour and was faster than creating the templates. I was particularly impressed with the fully featured trial that met all our needs from the start. I also like that since it's server-sided, it works on any mail client without needing additional tools. The centralized management of email signatures across all users without requiring any client-side installation. Being able to control and enforce consistent branding directly from the admin portal, with Azure AD / Entra ID integration for dynamic fields, saves a lot of time and avoids inconsistencies between users. We've been using CodeTwo for quite some time now, and I can honestly say it has become one of the most reliable tools in our IT stack.

What stands out most is the exceptional support team. Every time we had a question or ran into an issue, the response was fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful — not just a copy-paste from a FAQ page. You can tell the support staff actually understand the product inside and out.

On top of that, the software itself has been rock solid. We've gone through multiple Microsoft 365 updates and tenant changes without a single major hiccup on CodeTwo's end. It just keeps working, which — let's be honest — is exactly what you want from a business-critical tool.

One small downside: the add-in only works with Outlook. If anyone on your team uses a different email client, they're left out. CodeTwo has allowed us to centrally manage email signatures, when we moved to Office 365 our existing product no longer worked but CodeTwo did everything we required and more. CodeTwo takes all of the manual labour and hassle out of rolling out conformative signatures across our organisation.

Using custom attributes to display any post nominals a person may have (and importantly not showing anything if they do not have any) proved to be a very easy thing to accomplish this week for example, by simply utilising Microsoft Exchange custom attribute fields and inserting them into my signature design inside the CodeTwo platform.
