We have used this previously at another company and it was so easy to use and implement that we had decided to also use it at our new one. Their support is top notch and responsive and any feature requests or issues were dealt with properly. They were also one of the most competitive in this field and integrated fully with our M365. More an annoyance i could live with but the signature editing section is a separate to the admin section. I understand this is for larger orgs which can delegate work for the just the signatures, but usually the smaller companies it is managed by IT. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 has significantly simplified the management of our email signatures. As a company, we can centrally control and adjust all signatures at any time. The solution is reliable, user-friendly, and perfectly integrated into Microsoft 365. What I appreciate most is how little day-to-day administration it requires. Once the templates and rules are configured, the platform just works in the background. Updates to branding, contact details, legal disclaimers, or marketing banners can be rolled out quickly without relying on individual users to make changes themselves. Very simple interface to use, both as an MSP to manage multiple customers, as well as end user to manage signatures, with full integration with Microsoft SSO. Very minor, but when using combo mode I would like server-side and client-side signatures to remain in lockstep with each other. Currently, after modifying a server-side signature, I then have to delete the matching client-side and re-convert the server-side.

I also did not like how Aptos font does not render correctly in the CodeTwo editor - albeit I understand the limitations being a Microsoft font - but it did make it harder to design the signature without seeing the correct rendering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 is how easy it makes it to manage email signatures centrally across the whole organization. It keeps branding consistent, saves time for IT, and works reliably without creating extra overhead. I also really appreciate how straightforward the setup and day-to-day management are. There is very little to dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365. The initial setup can take a bit of time if you want to fine-tune rules and layouts for different users or departments, but once everything is configured, it works very smoothly. Extremely easy layout and UI, simple to implement (less than an hour required). Excellent pricing/licensing costs, and outstanding support that connects you with a real human in less than a minute when called. So far, no specific "downsides" as they have been able to provide a solution to any issues that have come up, however I do wish the option of integrating with Active Directory instead of just Entra ID was available. We also had to use custom attributes to add our Teams numbers, which wasn't the biggest deal but would've been easier if it was able to be inherited naturally without the need of custom attributes (if possible). Honestly, there's very little to complain about. If I had to name one thing, it would be that profile photos can't be displayed with rounded corners.
