First of all, the entire onboarding process – from creating an account to creating and activating signatures – is very well described and very intuitive. For almost all problems, you can already find linked tutorials on YouTube. Creating signatures is very easy even for beginners, whether you use templates or create them completely yourself. Setting up the sending rules is also wonderfully uncomplicated and explained step by step.
You can also reach support very quickly, and you get very helpful answers. Since we are still in the testing phase, I can't really assess the price-performance ratio at the moment, but the offers initially seem fair to me. The signatures are attached flawlessly; however, there are occasionally still problems with the display of images. However, I am sure that support will sort this out.
Overall, the abundance of options – both in creating rules and in the signatures – seems very user-friendly and service-oriented. The integration of Codetwo as an add-in for Outlook also makes a good, practical impression. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Images are currently not being sent yet, but support is already working on it. Apart from that, I haven't been able to discover anything else during the testing phase so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
