The platform allows us to create signature rules that target these different user groups, and the level of detail we can achieve with the rule conditions is a significant advantage for us. We manage our users through Azure Entra ID, and CodeTwo syncs seamlessly with our Azure tenant. Any updates made to user accounts in Entra ID are reflected in the signatures within, at most, 20 minutes, which we find very convenient. Our Marketing team has also shared positive feedback about the signature Designer, describing it as user-friendly and intuitive for managing the various signature rules. They can easily create, remove, or update rules without needing assistance from IT. Since adopting CodeTwo, we've only needed to contact their support team a handful of times. All I had to do was upload what they sent me, as they took the initiative to fix my issue, and I was easily able to update our signatures. Customer support was the best i have had this far from any vendor.
