Particularly positive is the connection with Microsoft Active Directory, which allows user data to be automatically adopted. Changes can be entered centrally and are then applied to all workstations – this saves time and avoids errors. The ability to create multiple templates for different purposes is also extremely practical and greatly facilitates everyday work. We use the tool daily, both on mobile devices and in Outlook – both work smoothly and are easy to operate. We have had little contact with customer support so far, only regarding payment questions, as our company does not have a VAT ID due to tax-free income (insurance industry). Overall, we are very satisfied with the solution and its reliability in daily use. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?** Since this tool is not directly integrated into the Microsoft Admin Center / AD, there are sometimes detours. As a result, the maintenance of personal data and the creation of signatures occur in two places. For example, if a central phone number (e.g., fax) changes, it's not a problem: once adjusted in the signatures, it's correct for everyone. However, if an extension changes, it must be updated in the Microsoft AD. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be to speed up the support response time. **What problems is CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Across the whole company, we use the same signature. So far, there hasn't been a problem that we couldn't solve with Code Two. The always fast support is outstanding. The user can quickly and easily select their signature. The correct signature is always attached to every email, and I can distribute changes quickly and centrally. The sync with MS365 also works very easily and the integration. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?** It's just a shame that with the Outlook plugin, the long signature cannot be attached on the first reply. Otherwise, everything is perfect. **What problems is CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Often, incorrect managing directors were sent in the signature, and trade fair banners or Christmas greetings were not attached. When it comes to signatures in replies, Outlook doesn’t distinguish the order of messages in a conversation – it simply treats emails as either new messages or replies/forwards. Our Outlook add-in follows this built-in behavior. That said, the add-in pane lets you manually insert a different signature (e.g., a longer one) whenever needed. Alternatively, you can use the combo signature mode and switch to cloud signatures for replies. With cloud signatures, a full signature can be added to the first message in an email thread, regardless of whether it’s a new email or a reply.
