Then after first signup, we found the step-by-step guidance for installation and Microsoft365 Admin config just top-notch. Templates are as flexible as you want and we integrate fully to pull out info from 365 accounts with if/then queries to build the right signature everytime. Work on phones and looks so professional. The tight integration with Microsoft, whether using Outlook for Web or Outlook on the desktop, makes the system easy to use. And the customizations available with User specific variables is awesome. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?** No real downside, the system works as advertised, better than the competition, for a reasonable price. **What problems is CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating an company-wide signature and ensuring it's implementation can be challenging. CodeTwo makes the whole process easy and user friendly. ### 50. Then, the solution is very easy to implement. In a few minutes, everything is ready without training. I worked with a competing solution before switching to CodeTwo, and frankly, the support and ease of the tool make all the difference. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Email Signatures 365?** I have not yet found any weaknesses. Perhaps make it easier to access the different reseller and regular user interfaces all on the same URL. **What problems is CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** A very simple thing, a call center is overwhelmed because the employees have not defined the signature with the phone number. Secure the identification of the interlocutors with this tool.
