This is useful when users accidentally delete data, or delete it on purpose and find they need it later, or delete it when leaving the company not realising they had some important information. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Backup for Office 365?** The interface seems slow to respond at times, not that you need to use it often but when you do it feels like you click and wait for something to happen, second-guessing if I had clicked or not. **What problems is CodeTwo Backup for Office 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having an extra copy of data, outside the control of the users allows IT admins to restore, backup and store data for extended periods of time. The systems can backup Emails. OneDrive and Sharepoint files. ### 3. Besides that, it's a lot of value for you money. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Backup for Office 365?** It would be great if there was an option to use the whole product "as a service", in cases we don't want it to host it ourselves. **What problems is CodeTwo Backup for Office 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Although Microsoft has some ways for protecting data stored in the cloud, it is not a backup. Also, most customers want to store backups at a different vendor in case something happens within the Microsoft environment. Codetwo closes this gap. ### 4. It works both on premises and in Office 365. The biggest feature is the ability to export a backup to a pst. Without that we would not have purchased the product. **What do you dislike about CodeTwo Backup for Office 365?** The product lacks the ability to backup archive mailboxes. Though we can work with the 30 day retention of a license by a mailbox, it would be nice to be able to clear it sooner. **Recommendations to others considering CodeTwo Backup for Office 365:** Every contact with members of CodeTwo has been positive. Response to questions has been quick and thorough. They made sure I had everything I needed in order to make an informed decision. The product interface is clear and straightforward to use. **What problems is CodeTwo Backup for Office 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to export the content of a couple mailboxes to psts for audit purposes (one of them very large). The facility to do that in Office 365 is very limited. Code Two Backup fills the gap, and does it at a reasonable price point. ### 5.
