I also think the coding platform is nice, although I don't think that it stands out from the competition or anything. What I like the most is being able to reuse scores from one company to another because that really saves a lot of time, and because one of my tests is proctored it can show companies that I didn't cheat. **What do you dislike about CodeSignal?** Sometimes the difficulty of Q3 and Q4 can vary across tests, so even though the GCA is supposed to be standardized there can still be a bit of luck. For example questions like spiral matrix are a totally different skillset than suffix pairs. One of them is more knowing how to traverse an array while the other relies more on optimization. I also think that codesignal could be a little more transparent as you really have to dig to find out the exact format and how its scored. Additionally, I wish that there was more wiggle room to retake assessments. I would like to retake the GCA for a slightly better score, but I'm afraid that if I do worse then I can't reuse my old score ... **What problems is CodeSignal solving and how is that benefiting you?** I guess it's really nice being able to send the same score to multiple companies.
