"Very very good.: It works. Out of the box. Well, you have to migrate to a proper database (the default installation uses an embedded H2/HSQL), but even that is not a hussle. There's a log analyzer that reports on the health of the server. Automatic backups on your schedule. The distinction between build and deployment projects and artifact sharing. Support for multiple deployment environments and tracking the deployed versions/builds for each environment. Agent infrastructure, so you can have build agents on different platforms. Great maven integration. Plenty of add-ons for integrating with peripheral tools such as SonarQube, Artifactory, npm etc."

"Excellent software to carry out application implementations with the highest confidence: This software without a doubt I like it mainly because its interface is very intuitive, it allows everything difficult to become simple from deployments of applications, implementations, tests, quality control which are tasks that can consist of a long time but when implementing this great service either in the cloud or on a server of your preference avoids all these hassles and the best thing is that it is not necessary to be a professional to handle it because even on your platform we can find videos or documentation that guides us step by step."

"Simple Windows-based continuous integration server: Unlike other CI services, AppVeyor has Windows-based infrastructure, which allows me to test my software on all major platforms. Setting up projects with appveyor.yml is straightforward and matches with how other similar non-Windows based services do configuration. Appveyor's Python support is impressive as it offers several different Python versions including both 32 and 64 bit versions of Python, and Miniconda-based Python installations. The documentation associated with the Python environment is also well done and contains the information you need to get your builds running quickly."

"Drone.io is one of the best hosted and on premise CI: My favorite of any tool is being Open Source and distributed under a permissive license like Apache License. More specifically, it is easily up and running locally thanks to the use of Docker. Furthermore, thanks to a deep integration of Docker, containers are used to to build code and test it. As well as making the transfer form development phase to staging to production a very simple task for any developer. A hosted alternative is also provided and it's integrated with many code hosting solutions like Github, Bitbucket."

"A great and powerful project management application for Agile methodology: Everything from creating a sprint board, managing a release, creation of tasks, epic, features, new implementation or change requests, filing of issues, bugs with related description/attachments, running tests, configuring builds and triggering them from time to time. It does a lot in a simple package and hence is really handy. Also, as this tool is built by Microsoft, it is highly secure and reliable. I have used a lot of tools like Trello, Excel, JIRA, and many others, however this applications combines all their uses and we need to stay on just this one tool."

"Excellent tool for deploying Git apps to AWS: Deploybot has become an integral part of our workflow due to its ease of use and seamless integration with the services we use. Commit, push to Bitbucket, pull open Deploybot, and the latest version of our app is ready to deploy. It handles the update on Elastic Beanstalk seamlessly and allows VERY easy rollback if there's bugs or errors. By far, the fastest site update/CI tool I've used. Also has an automatic deployment feature based on keywords in the commit, but we don't use this."

"Great flexible product with pipelines as a first class feature: I like that you can model whatever process you want, and that the fan in / fan out features allow you to run networks of processes in parallel in a predictable way. The dependency resolution allows you to run repeatable builds and reduce the amount of re-work you pipeline has to do. "

"Best CI/CD that I've used: UX - Hands down the best UX, I've had on any CI/CD tool. Status and progress are very clear, so there's never a question about what's happening and you don't have to read through a wall of text before you're able to identify issues. Setting up your workflow aka "pipeline" is a very easy process, which is crucial because it's the crux of the whole system. UI - Modern and sleek, clearly subjective, however, the tool itself is not a cookie cutter design and there was a lot of thought put into the aesthetic, which definitely separates it from other tools within the same space. Flexibility - One of the issues with other GUI driven CI/CD tools we've experienced is it's lack of flexibility, however, Buddy doesn't have those same limitations. Comes with pretty much everything you expect and/or want from any CI/CD tool. Automation, notifications, cloning, Rsync (clutch), variables (seemingly simple, but also clutch), SSH, 3rd party connections, "CRON" jobs, etc. the list goes on. All done without being forced to write a single config. file. Speed - One the fastest, if not the fastest deployment tools we've used. Sandboxes ... yea ... sandboxes"

"Buildout - the easy way to deploy Django apps: Buildout is open source and extremely flexible. It also has a large number or third party add ons that make it easy to integrate any workflow you want. I use buildout with a modified django recipe to deploy app 'snaphots' to our servers that can be rolled back or forward if there are any app errors. I also integrate with Newrelic's API, Github and Buildbot as part of a continuous deployment system that allows any developer on the team to deploy to live or test environments in a matter of seconds."

XL Deploy review by Swadesh S.
"Nifty tool to speed up delivery process: XL Deploy does several things right. A great example is the uploadable zip archive that may have the full app executable, configurations, database content etc... Can use environment specific parameters by using placeholders, fills them up from a key-value table. Has plugin support, mainly for java and .net, deploy scripts are standardized. Can deploy to several environments at a time, say test, development, production. It keeps a detailed version history, including the database, key-value tables. The ability to rollback to an earlier version with just a few clicks is just awesome. The dashboard is pretty good too."
