I like that they provide someone to act as the middle-man between developers and clients. Consistent communication and accountability are hard to achieve with remote developers, so having a dedicated manager who is already built into the price is great. I like having a relationship with a developer, like Arc allows, but I do not always have something for them to do. I wish it was more freelance or singe job based rather than a number of hours.
