Codeless Platforms is the incredible flexibility that allows me to set notifications precisely the way I want them. I can put the trigger methodology and the recipients, build personalized messaging, and choose the appropriate delivery methods. The user interface for the dashboard could be improved slightly. I had found it awkward and not intuitive, fresh out of the box. It took quite a while to clearly understand how to go about using the software and where everything is on it. Their customer support team was always available to guide me through the process. It has been quite a game changer in how much the Alerting Software from Codeless Platforms helped me. Visibility, governance, and fine-tuning of organizational communication processes were much better now with having one integrated system to view all my alerts and notifications. This software also kept me in touch with ongoing projects so that I would never lose the most important dates.
