I can put the trigger methodology and the recipients, build personalized messaging, and choose the appropriate delivery methods. I had found it awkward and not intuitive, fresh out of the box. It took quite a while to clearly understand how to go about using the software and where everything is on it. It has seperate triggeres for different instances like creating messages choosing receipeint etc .The customer support is comparitively okay okay not so good but software is usable . I have set it up for client deadlines reminder so i can contantly deliever projects on time. **What do you dislike about Codeless Platforms - BPA Platform?** Although it has usable features but it also has many flaws , first of all is customer service , loading time in this area it needs to be updated. **What problems is Codeless Platforms - BPA Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?** From experience it keeps me connected with the projects and i never missed a deadline after i start using this software.
