The usability of the tool (mainly from a requirement engineer standpoint) is affected by many issues which affect the user experience and efficiency. We often feel like we are reporting obvious bugs or MMI issues that would have been caught earlier by previous users or by Intland test teams. As we need the product to help us improve our processes and efficiency, we are spending a significant amount of effort reporting the problems and tracking it. Things that could change are enabling a single click on the trackers, It will speed things up, making things easier to use. Another one is if there was the option in the Tracker hierarchy tree to open on the tracker in the same window rather than opening in a new tab, making it more user-friendly. Finally if the use interface was simpler to remove redundant tabs it would be less distracting e.g. there probably isnt a need for 12 tabs at the top of the screen because they are already visible for me in the tracker hierarchy tree. There's nothing in particular that I dislike about Codebeamer itself. I suppose my discomforts lie in lack of training on my part. There is a plethora of information in Codebeamers Wiki available to clarify any feature. I'm still relatively new to some of the features, as I hadn't needed them when I first used them.
