It's straightforward to find most of the main things you need; data entry is smooth and reliable. Traceability is easy to get working. Technical support is prompt and friendly though bugs are not always fixed quickly. The Intland team us also very responsive to questions and feature requests. There have been several items I have asked about that have then been implemented in the next few releases. The fact that Intland eats their own dogfood is also great! All feature requests and bug reports go right into codeBeamer and you can tell they use it! **What do you dislike about codebeamer?** Sometimes certain features lack some polish to get them to market faster. However, this is usually rectified in one or two release cycles (less than a year.)
