The best part is the organization of data within the tracker with help of folders and the configuration of tracker data model. It easy to undertstand and implement. **What do you dislike about codebeamer?** Its about the codebeamer but regarding DOORs bridge. When the tool is configure/uages is to have one tracker at one layer (SW/SYS) then Bridge should also support to configure modules in DOORs to be mapped to folders in a Tracker. **What problems is codebeamer solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has most of the ALM fetaure which are avalible in other tools. The application's overall look and feel is attractive and is also an asset. **What do you dislike about codebeamer?** The usability of the tool (mainly from a requirement engineer standpoint) is affected by many issues which affect the user experience and efficiency. We often feel like we are reporting obvious bugs or MMI issues that would have been caught earlier by previous users or by Intland test teams. As we need the product to help us improve our processes and efficiency, we are spending a significant amount of effort reporting the problems and tracking it. **What problems is codebeamer solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using codebeamer provides us better control of the requirements management by enabling baselines, history, status and so on. Supporting peer review process within the tool is also a great improvement as we keep track of the defects and their resolutions. It also helps us to control the requirements verification coverage and test execution is the same environment. ### 5. I havent used other competitor products for approval so I wouldn't know what to compare against. **What do you dislike about codebeamer?** Things that could change are enabling a single click on the trackers, It will speed things up, making things easier to use. Another one is if there was the option in the Tracker hierarchy tree to open on the tracker in the same window rather than opening in a new tab, making it more user-friendly. Finally if the use interface was simpler to remove redundant tabs it would be less distracting e.g. there probably isnt a need for 12 tabs at the top of the screen because they are already visible for me in the tracker hierarchy tree. **What problems is codebeamer solving and how is that benefiting you?** codebeamer enables a review of single-user requirements or product requirements which may change during the product lifecycle. This is opposed to having to get a whole document of all the requirements re-signed or approved anytime a single requirement changes. ### 6.
