Paul was extremely knowledgeable and involved in the WordPress community. His advice helped steer me in the right direction and avoid a lot of heartache. **What do you dislike about Codeable?** I wasn't sure at first if the community was active, because I hadn't heard of codeable before. So I didn't know what to expect. Now I've tried it I know there is an active community of experts there, and they reply quickly. **What problems is Codeable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Codeable is helping me find technical resources to help me plan my site infrastructure. They also offer freelancers of various skill levels to help me accelerate my development work. ### 2. He is literally one of the best providers I've ever had the pleasure of working with in any field - web development or otherwise. From start to finish, Luca went above and beyond in all categories. His communication: Excellent. Clear and thorough. Highly detailed when appropriate; short and to the point when appropriate. His responsiveness: Exceptional. I could not believe the speed of his responses on several occasions. Never did I feel he was slow to respond - not once. His knowledge and skill: Again, exceptional. Luca clearly is a true expert with all things WordPress (and digital in general) and pays attention to both my big picture objectives as well as the nitty-gritty technical details. His attitude: Fantastic. Always personal, professional, and a joy to work with. It's extremely rare that I write such glowing reviews but Luca is one of those very rare and truly special people who take pride in their work and just exceed expectations in every way (and I'm not the easiest person to please). Also, with the inflation in developer prices the rates at Codeable are very cheap compared to the going rates of hiring top IT **What do you dislike about Codeable?** I have noticed that it timelines are usually missed by their coders of late and more so then when i joined about two years ago. They are understaffed and there are not enough developers but it beats out competitors and customer service there is very good and helpful when projects are taking long. **Recommendations to others considering Codeable:** Its worth it but plan for things to take longer than planned. Also sometimes developers you hire for a set job will bill you more saying they used their hours even though it was not an hourly job. However, overall its a great platform and staff is very helpful if you need assistance **What problems is Codeable solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finding good freelance IT is very hard, Codeable is the best and only place I go to to hire for important IT projects.
