The gamification aspect encouraged me to complete as many missions as possible. For instance, you get a sense of a great reward while completing each chapter, then checking your score, as well as seeing a badge of completion. The leaderboard is encouraging a healthy relationship of competition between the classmates, whereas the comment section is motivating the collaboration between students. **What do you dislike about Code of Talent?** Nothing that would make me not use this application again, maybe the "Mission" section could be changed a bit, because to me it was quite hard to make a distinction between two adjacent missions, since they have the same background color. **What problems is Code of Talent solving and how is that benefiting you?** The received benefits of using this platform are related to education in the field of Software Project Management. I like that you have different deadlines for each mission and you have to meet the deadline similar in the projects when you have to meet the deadline for each activity. Another positive feedback you can see also the answers of your colleagues and read multiple ideas. I have enjoyed using the application and doing exercises. I like also the idea of recording attachments because you can use them for learning and fixing the information. Very good initiative and modern in terms of learning by practice. What i like in particular about this is the way is structured. The missions allow us to be creative when analysing a concept. I appreciate the interactive component of the appraisal.This means that,when grading you, the teacher is fully committed on giving you a fair score.💯 Overall,i think more schools and universities should consider this when evaluating their students. **What do you dislike about Code of Talent?** What i think it should be corrected is the fact that ,while the test allows you to select simultaneously 2 or multiple answers,you're only getting a full score on your question IF you selected THE answer marked by the teacher as being the right one.
