I like that the specific employee we use as a controller is great. He's very communicative and has great ideas. He also follows instructions very well, which I appreciate. The oversight of the team at CoCountant is wonderful too; they seem to check in at the perfect intervals. I specifically needed a controller to review the books and set up budgets and forecasts, and that's exactly what I got! The focus on the controller method is exactly what I was looking for. During that time, we've worked with three different accounting firms and consistently found gaps in either communication, responsiveness, or the scope of services provided. We were looking for more than a bookkeeper—we wanted a true accounting and financial partner who could integrate with our operations and help us understand and manage business performance on an ongoing basis. So far, CoCountant has solved that problem for us. They communicate financial information in a way that is accessible and actionable for someone who is not an accounting expert.
