Cocoroute is a cloud CRM and operations system built only for freight forwarders. One subscription covers the whole business, so sales, operations and finance stop working from spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and a separate accounting package. Sales desk: enquiries land in a queue with an owner. Collect partner rates, build the quotation with margin visible, send it, and let the customer accept it in their portal. Operations desk: the accepted quote becomes the job. Carrier bookings, milestones, border crossings, B/L approval, incidents and costs all sit on the job, and the customer sees tracking without calling. Finance desk: vendor bills, customer invoices, payments, credits and balances, journals and a profit figure on every job the day it closes. Commission runs for staff are built in. Customer portal: shippers see quotes, approve invoices, track shipments and message the team from one login, white-labelled on the forwarder's own domain. Also included: staff tasks, a daily AI briefing for each desk, workflow boards, role-based permissions, audit trail, and multi-currency with pinned FX rates. Cocoroute is in daily use at a Dubai forwarder running 90+ jobs a month across 20+ staff and 70+ shipper accounts. There is no implementation project: onboarding is a workspace setup and a short training per desk, usually inside two weeks. Built for forwarders with 10 to 60 staff in India, the Gulf and South-East Asia.
