What do you like best about CocoFax?

I like the ease of signing up for the service - it only took five minutes to get everything set up. The user interface is well thought out and intuitive and, more importantly, unlike other competing mobile fax services, you can receive faxes. What do you dislike about CocoFax?

"An innovative way to send a fax !"

What do you like best about CocoFax?

I needed to send an urgent letter to the United States. The organisation only accepted written correspondence via mail or fax. CocoFax offered me an environmentally friendly, simple and very effective solution. The fax was there within minutes ! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CocoFax?

I could not find fault in the service at all ! I was extremely pleased l found CocoFax. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CocoFax:

If you are a new business, growing organisation or even not-for-profit organisation, this is a very ecominical and professional solution to your faxing needs. It only takes minutes to send, a copy is saved online for you and you receive speedy confirmation when it has been sent. You will be very happy you used it. No more paper wastage ! What problems is CocoFax solving and how is that benefiting you?

With global warming issues and Covid communication issues, CocoFax gave me a easy solution. The greatest benefit is not needing a fax machine at all, which saves considerably on overheads for a growing company like mine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CocoFax?

I needed to send some FAXes but didn't have access to a fax machine so I figured I would try something online. The software was easy to use once it was set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CocoFax?

Nothing except it is not free (you can send some free of course but there is a fee if you decide you like it.) Kind of confusing and hard to initially setup but once you understand it, it was easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fastest Fax set up! EVER!!"

What do you like best about CocoFax?

CocoFax was a breeze to set up. I didn't have a Fax number for my Insurance to send me a Proof of Insurance Letter, regardless, I was able to create an account in less than a minute while still on the line with the customer service rep from my Health Insurance company. It was pretty easy and provided me with a Fax number for free. Great User interface and simple set up! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CocoFax?

Everything was perfect. I haven't seen any negative yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CocoFax solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting a Fax number. My insurance was taking up to 15 business days to send me an important document by mail but could send it by fax in half the time. I didn't have one for me to receive an important document in the shortest amount of time, but was able to get one super quick by using CocoFax! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
