CocoFax came up as highly recommended when I searched for quick efax options. I was able to quickly set up an account and get my fax sent in minutes. The application confirmed within seconds that the fax was successful and let me know what was happening with my fax transmission during the entire process. The receiver validated that they had received the documents timely with high-quality results. I've signed up for other faxing companies with my company in the past, but this by far is my favorite. They make it easy to sign up and send a fax within the first couple minutes. At times, Coco Fax is very slow. It doesn't let me know a fax is in the process of being sent, and I have more than once duplicated sending a fax because I didn't know the original fax was still being (or attempting to be) sent. This duplication has nearly depleted my allowed faxed pages that month, in addition to being annoying on the receiving end (getting 2 copies of the same fax). There needs to be an indication that a fax is still being sent, even if it is quite a while (over 10 minutes in one case). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
