While I only need to fax once or twice a month,, I am finding the convenience of faxing from home a huge benefit. I can now send faxes from my computer. I haven't had a telephone land line for my fax machine for decades. Finally took the time to "ask the world" if there was another way. CocoFax's "pitch was very straight forward and not pushy, was quite helpful, and I decided to subscribe, with option to cancel in 30 days if dissatisfied. $5/month is not too expensive. Sent my first fax successfully, after "backing out" of "create a cover sheet" - During that process it presented 5 or more '"sample formats" for the coversheet - I didn't recognize what was being displayed - I thought it was "sending" several pages of "something" I couldn't recognize so backed out /canceled "create coversheet" and just sent the fax with my two attachments..
Typed up my question about the unrecognized things, then copied and pasted into Chat and the very nice and pleasant Chat lady immediately displayed what I'd seen and asked if that was what I was talking about. I said "Yes" and she then explained about the samples. Absolutely pleasant experience - and I have a viable and easy to use FAX capability now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cocofax has excellent customer service. I can send a fax through email or Google, and the directions make it very easy to do. I have tried other online Fax companies, and Cocofax is the best at what they do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only drawback about Cocofax is the length of time it takes to fax a document. That being said, the Faxes I do are usually 13 pages or more. I want the time it takes to send my fax, to improve from 15 minutes to 7 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are incredibly grateful that you took the time out to share your feedback with us. Generally, it takes about 1 minute to send one-page fax but the process of sending faxes may fluctuate, causing the time to exceed the normal time. Anyway, we will keep working to expedite the sending process.

Maybe adding a few more free pages would be nice without having to upgrade right away, but still enjoying the convenience and easy managing of faxing has helped a lot.
