I liked the way they approached the problem from its core, they knew the problem of integrating an application inside out and they solved it beautifully. Also, it is worth mentioning their way of supporting us while implementing the Cobalt into the system. The ability to iterate on quick feedback loops is something I haven't seen in many companies and these guys are doing it so perfectly.
