Coavon is business software for teams that are tired of stitching tools together. It brings seven connected apps onto one account, with one sign-in and one price per person: - Flow for tasks and projects: boards, lists, calendars and a Gantt chart, recurring tasks, subtasks, milestones, templates, custom fields, automations, forms, goals and dashboards. - Scope, a CRM: companies, people and your own record types, pipelines with drag-and-drop stages, follow-up dates, automations that start the project work in Flow, spreadsheet import and export, and public forms. - Docs, a full document editor: real pages, comments, suggested edits and version history, downloadable as Word or PDF. - Drive for file storage: folders, previews of images, PDFs and video, and sharing. - Chat for team messaging: channels, group chats and direct messages, with mentions and search. - Notes, a private notebook that can turn a highlighted line into a Flow task. - Calendar for events and scheduling, with your Flow tasks beside your meetings and a two-way connection to Google Calendar. Workplace is the hub: members, roles and permissions, billing, and one place to open every app. Because the apps share one account, the work flows through them: a deal won in Scope can create a project in Flow from your own template, with the client's documents in Docs and files in Drive, and the conversation in Chat. Coavon connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, so you can work on tasks, clients, events and notes from an AI conversation. It also offers an API, automation web addresses for tools like Zapier and Make, Google Drive attachments and Google sign-in. Every plan includes every app. Teams start with 14 days of Pro free, with no card, and can stay on a Free plan for one person. Paid plans start at $8 per person a month, billed yearly.
