**What do you like best about COATS?**

Provides the basic necessities needed for an ATS. It’s a good cost effective option for companies that are in start-up mode or don’t have the capacity to invest too much into an ATS.

**What do you dislike about COATS?**

The program layout is clunky. Also, the additional features, such as customized reports or statistics area hard to use/read.

**What problems is COATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re no longer utilizing spreadsheets and paper apps. We’re also able to track the recruitment activists of our team.

**What do you like best about COATS?**

I like that it holds all the information in one place.


**What do you dislike about COATS?**

It is very buggy and very slow. Constant error codes and having to wait for it to reload. You'll type something and 30 seconds later it will show up on the screen. 

**Recommendations to others considering COATS:**

Bested used in small applications not large scale.

**What do you like best about COATS?**

I can personalize my home screen. I change the font and where certain screens are.

**What do you dislike about COATS?**

Sometimes it moves extremely slow, and it freezes a lot. 

**What problems is COATS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is super helpful with payroll and pulling reports on employees.
