We've been using Coastr since 2023 after deciding it was time to move on from our previous vehicle management system. We wanted something that offered more capability without becoming overly complicated, and Coastr has delivered exactly that. The migration process was seamless. Bishwajit, Arpit and the wider team managed the transition flawlessly, with zero downtime or disruption to our operation. That immediately gave us confidence that we'd made the right decision. What really sets Coastr apart is how responsive the team is. The regular product updates clearly reflect customer feedback, and many of the day-to-day operational challenges we've raised have found their way into new features and improvements. It's refreshing to work with a company that genuinely listens to its customers rather than simply maintaining the status quo. The platform has played a key role in helping us scale the business. We've seen a noticeable improvement in fleet utilisation, and the continuous development means the software keeps evolving alongside the needs of the industry. Rather than adapting our processes to fit the system, the system continues to adapt to how we operate. I've been very satisfied with Coastr and it has become an essential tool for managing our fleet operations. One of the biggest strengths of the platform is the level of visibility it provides for each vehicle. Having all the key information in one place—from bookings and utilization to maintenance history and vehicle details—makes it much easier to manage our fleet efficiently and make informed decisions. The reports contain the information we need, but the charts and overall presentation could be more modern and easier to interpret at a glance. The software is very easy to use and straightforward to understand, which is especially helpful for a small rental business like mine. The Coastr team has also been very supportive throughout the process. The onboarding felt tailored to my needs and moved at exactly the pace I wanted—fast when I was ready, and slower when I needed more time. They genuinely listen to us, take our feedback seriously, and use it to improve the system, with regular product updates along the way. I also find the monthly product demos really useful for keeping up with what’s new and learning how to make the most of the latest updates. They stay very close to their customers. They respond to my questions right away, are always open to new feedback, and their updates clearly reflect what they’ve heard from me or my colleagues. Overall, they make me feel like a co-creator because they genuinely act on what I share. The app never lags, and we’ve never experienced downtime, even when handling a large volume of data.
