You build courses with AI, embed them inside your own product, intranet, or Slack, and track every completion through one API. Point the agent at your files (handbooks, decks, wikis, PDFs) to generate a course, or build one in the visual builder. Deliver it as an embeddable component, a SCORM export, or a signed link in Slack or email. Completions and progress stream back to your stack via the tracking API and webhooks. SOC 2 Type II. Data residency in the EU, US, and APAC. Standard DPA and MSA. Not built for large companies **Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Rhys W. | Systems Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2024 **What do you like best about Coassemble?** It is definitely one of the best course interfaces I have seen. You get a lot of screen variations that are animated and easy on the eye for the learners. If you're a small company producing items like employee onboardings this is a great fit. Their support is great in that they respond and resolve all of the bugs in a timely manner. **What do you dislike about Coassemble?** If you're a large company deploying courses, training modules and any form of professional CPD, you are probably going to struggle. The platform seriously lacks features and capabilities to support a company with a lot of staff (3000 in our case) which are divided into departments with different responsibilities, line managers etc. Glaring issues that reflect this point are: APIs have serious rate limiting so any automations you are performing for your large set of users can take a very long time to process. Their reporting is very slow due to the size of the dataset and often you will find yourself exporting to excel just to run reports yourself which negates the purpose. Permissions for trainers are very limited. If you have a mixture of users who need company-wide access but also some who you only want to access certain things, you're going to struggle. You are effectively stuck to their 5 built-in roles. For example I have to give our HR staff access to see every user in the company instead of just those working at a specific site. No real way for your users to browse courses and choose the ones they want to complete, without being enrolled in them. Coassemble offer a "Catalog" view for courses but you as an admin have to add courses into it, and these courses can only be accessed from an external link, not from inside the platform itself. **What problems is Coassemble solving and how is that benefiting you?** Coassemble helps us deploy training, policies and staff CPD. It lets our HR team report on who has and hasnt done their mandatory training as well as offering extended CPD to staff which they choose themselves. ### 2. Coassemble is always in a state of continual improvement and I love that. **What do you dislike about Coassemble?** Because we use coassemble for external training as opposed to internal - we sometimes are hit with hurdles that require work arounds.
