## About Coachway
Coachway is client management software for online fitness coaches and personal trainers, built in Copenhagen and used across Europe. It runs the full coaching workflow in one platform: a meal planner with 1,100+ recipes, 3,900+ ingredients, allergy filters, and reusable templates; a workout builder with 1,800+ exercises, supersets, alternative exercises, and progressive overload tracking; and weekly check-ins with drag-and-drop forms, progress photos, measurements, and custom metrics. Payments run through the coach's own Stripe account. Lead forms capture and convert prospects, and automations trigger onboarding flows and reminders based on client behavior. Clients use a branded in-app experience with your logo and colors, with messaging on iOS and Android. The coach and client UI is written and reviewed by native speakers in six languages: English, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, and German. Per-client pricing starts at EUR 69 per month, and support replies same-day.

**What do you like best about Coachway?**

I like that Coachway is very easy to use and it's clear for both customers and coaches. It helps with time management as everything is organized in the same application, making it easy to manage multiple clients quickly. I also enjoy the easy-to-use food logging feature, which allows me to provide good service to my clients. The initial setup was very fast, and I got the hang of it on the first day.

**What do you dislike about Coachway?**

The mobile application could be improved. They should have a more detailed or specific version for mobile instead of just a chat service, so it could work without a laptop.

**What problems is Coachway solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find it simplifies time management, as everything is clear in one app. Food logging is easy, helping manage multiple clients quickly while providing good service.
