CoachVana is all-in-one software for online fitness coaches, personal trainers, gyms and coaching companies. It replaces the patchwork of separate program-building, nutrition-tracking, messaging and payment tools with one product your clients use from one app. Build programs with a drag-and-drop builder, 641 exercises with demos, 13 ready-made templates, AI program generation, or import an existing program from a spreadsheet, PDF, Word document or photo. Clients log every set in the app, with rest timers, personal records and progress charts. Nutrition is native, not bolted on: clients log food against a database of more than 400,000 foods, coaches set calorie and macro targets in grams, build meal plans with options inside a meal, and see each client's food diary and weekly compliance. Scheduled check-ins run on your own form and put weight, measurements, photos, training and nutrition for the week on one review screen, with an AI summary and drafted reply you approve before anything is sent. Messaging, group chats, community feeds, challenges, courses and broadcasts keep clients engaged between check-ins, and automations nudge clients who go quiet. Get paid on your own Stripe account with 0% platform commission: subscriptions, packages, one-time plans, programs and courses for sale, coupons, payment plans and invoices, plus expense tracking and a tax-ready export. Win new clients with a public coach page, free branded calculators, lead magnets, free consult booking, and leads straight from Instagram DMs, Google Forms, Typeform and Jotform into one pipeline. Gyms get a console for locations, classes, members, trainers and the front desk; coaching companies get a roster, staff, revenue split and white-label options. Clients can connect an Oura ring or a Fitbit and choose whether their coach sees it. Coaches can also connect CoachVana to Claude to ask who needs them and draft replies, with every client-facing action approved first. CoachVana is free forever for your first 3 active clients. Paid levels start at $29 a month for up to 5 clients, and every level includes every coaching feature.
