After they jacked up prices, it is NOT worth it **Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2022 **What do you like best about CoConstruct?** CoConstruct is a very useful tool. The software is very thoughtfully designed. The Budgets, Purchase Orders and Change Orders are all relatively smooth and easy to use. **What do you dislike about CoConstruct?** Unfortunately, once you start using CoConstruct, you are essentially locked in, as it is hard to export data. Our small business used CoConstruct with no complaints until last year, when they jacked up our rates exponentially (by about $5,000). We were blindsided by the outrageous increase in price. Because of how software-centric CoConstruct is, it is not easy to take your data and go to another company. You are pretty much stuck with them if you aren't willing to walk away from your project data. I would avoid CoConstruct entirely unless you are in a position to walk away from your project data. Our company cannot, so we are stuck paying outrageous prices to continue using this software. **What problems is CoConstruct solving and how is that benefiting you?** CoConstruct is good at connecting all aspects of construction (budgets, purchase orders, change orders). ### 2.
